Our host-based IPS prevents attacks that attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in commercial and custom software.
Each day, more of the applications, devices, and services that companies, consumers and citizens rely on are network-based. They all have an IP address. This includes e-commerce applications, telecommunications systems, critical care devices in hospitals, banking system and control systems for the power grid, to name a few. And, these all rely on commercial or custom software that have vulnerabilities that can be exploited remotely.
